Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that President               
Pearce be shown as a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 84 "An Act                   
making a special appropriation to the principal of the permanent               
fund; and providing for an effective date."  Without objection, it was         
so ordered.
